Efektivitas dan Kedisiplinan Pegawai Negeri Sipil Beragama Kristen Dalam Optimalisasi Pelayanan Masyarakat

Human resources (HR) are an important factor in a company. The quality of human resources greatly influences the success and efficiency of completing tasks in the organization. In Indonesia, Civil Servants (PNS) are divided into several types based on certain criteria such as education and training, special functions, position, work placement, status and class. Investment in HR is considered the most strategic investment by an organization to ensure that the organization has employees who are disciplined, dedicated, loyal, efficient, effective and productive. To improve employee performance, it is important to provide education and training, instill a disciplined work culture, provide motivation, and improve HR capabilities to match the responsibilities and authority of each employee's main duties. Evaluation of civil servant performance is directed at understanding employee performance progress in a long- term context. The results of the discussion show that the service of Christian civil servants is generally the same as other civil servants. Work is carried out based on division of tasks, and indiscipline is still a problem for civil servants.
